Hug My Heels is fantastic. I was able to wear dress shoes without nylons and didn?t get blisters like I usually do. The Ball-of-Foot seemed to work in dress shoes, but not sneakers.
They really eased the pressure of being on my feet all day at work. But on a hot day the insole stuck to my sock.
Both were comfortable and soft, but the Ball-of-Foot insole curled up in my shoes. The Hug My Heels insole felt great!
