It’s a lot easier to carry around than a vacuum and it’s great for small jobs, like around our woodstove. But it didn’t pick up pet hair very well and since we have two cats and a dog, this is something we need.

I liked that it was light and portable. I have a bad back, so anything that reduces strain is great. It was handy for quick clean-ups, but didn’t get into cracks or corners very well.

It was compact and easy to use, but I did not like the colour. I have two small children, so there is always a mess to clean up. I’ll keep using it.

It picked up crumbs, dust and hair from the carpet and was a quick alternative to vacuuming. I liked that it was easy to put the sticky tabs in place and that I could see when it was full

I love this product.  My vacuum’s brushes get all knotted up because I have tons of hair and I lose more than other people.  This will grab the hair off the surface for me, and the crumbs too, and then I can vacuum to get the deeper-down dirt (or just use the Flick to run over the carpet quickly if someone is dropping in).

Was exited about it until I bought it.  My hand vac is quicker and easier to use.  Cheaper too.

I love it for those touch up days!

Since my vacuum cleaner broke and buying a new one right now is out of the question, the Carpet Flick seemed one of my best options.  I’ve been using it now for a few months, and though its not quite as good as a vacuum, it works wonders for picking up various crumbs my daughter manages to spread over the entire apartment.

Great for small areas, quick fixes.  I have mostly hardwood but use it on all my area rugs to keep the dog hair, grass clippings, and crumbs off.  It is excellent.

Not 100% like a good vacuum but for sure it is great when I don’t feel like dragging out the vacuum for a small touch up.  Handy product to have.

It was okay for particles, but not for fibres.

This product worked great on high pile carpets like my bathroom mats and stuff. But didn’t seem as effective on my area rug. It’s not really worth it if you only have one or two rugs. Well worth it for someone who has carpet all over their house, though.

Okay on a low pile, but thick pile in bedrooms didn’t touch a thing. Light for a bad back, but unfortunately doesn’t get pet hair. It did get cat litter, though

Sorry but I cannot appreciate these products that require additional “sticky strips” that then are thrown out to pile in our landfills, not too environmentally friendly!

Dosen’t work as good as they advertising it. Sitting in the closet.:(

You have to vacuum regularly and use more than one sheet to pick up a little cat hair and leaves.
What’s the point if I have to vaccum anyway?

I thought it was great but the cost was a little too much. The refills are around $6-7 so thats a little too much for my budget—I just bought a vacuum.

Only does light carpets. Doesn’t get pet hair, or get in corners. Refills too expensive. Ok if you have the right carpet for touch ups but don’t rely on it for main cleaning.

I love this product great for everyday use.

Great for a quick zoom across the carpets when you don’t have time to do a good vacuum.  Also great for picking up minor kiddy spills, like chips, and for animal hair.

It works only for two minutes of cleaning.  You will need to buy a lot of sticky cardboards to clean your living room, and it is not cheap.  It is a good idea but it is to expensive to keep on buying the replacements.

I am a swiffer addict but this product definately left me a bit cold. As much as I want to love it, I just don’t. The concept is great - it does pick up the bits of messes. It works a lot like a roll of tape does to pick up hair off your clothing except you slide a sticky board into the container. Unfortunately it does not do a very good job around corners and of low items. HOWEVER, it does pick up things like popcorn, candy and larger objects like beads extremely well - so it does what it’s designed to do - I just want it to do more! A carpet sweeper it’s not, and it doesn’t work on floors. The strips are very narrow and fill quickly so be prepared to spend a lot of money replacing them. Do you still need a vaccum? Most definitely.

Its really easy to put together, and gets up crumbs, lint and bigger pieces on the carpet - we bought one for work, and the sticky strip lasts quite a long time!
